Dec 10,  · Hey @dolce78, if you were not the host, you will need to reach out to the host to receive the reports. However, if you're not a Licensed user with cloud recording enabled (for saving chat to the Zoom Cloud) you will not be able to save in-meeting chat. Leverage cool features and how to's from the Community Center. Select the type of report you need, search by a date range to find the meeting, and then choose to Generate for the report. To access these log into your Zoom account through your web browser. Once logged in, you will need to click on “Reports”, at the bottom of the menu on the left hand side. To view the stats for a past meeting choose. Check that the date range at the top includes the session for which you want to take attendance. Then click on the “Participants” link for the session. You can export the information about your meeting to an Excel file. You may use this link to directly access your Zoom reports, but you must be signed in to access the reports.

I realize they can's se chats when they aren't in the meeting. Upon entering the meeting, they can't see chats from the host to everyone that were entered before they joined the meeting. Zoom offers usage reports 30 minutes after a session is concluded. The Usage report allows you to view a list of meetings, participants, and meeting minutes for meetings you have hosted.

You may use this link to directly access your Zoom reports, but you must be signed in to access the reports. Zoom Reports can be retrieved for the last 12 months, with a search range of up to one month at a time.
